Woof Woof!! New Year Is Here!!!

It’s a brand new barky new year… I can’t believe that 2009 is over just like that.

Anyway, my human is way behind on the posts. She has yet to post a bit on Rusty’s 2nd birthday. He’s finally 2 and still acting like a puppy..

Well, my humans gave us two lovely presents this year…

Yes.. Mr Santa Claus… Your face will be chewed up soon.

Doesn’t the star look like a big yummy cookie?

Both Rusty and I enjoyed our toys thoroughly. We’ll get our human to make a new posting about whether this was a successful “project’ or not.

Meanwhile, hope everydoggy and everyhuman enjoys the new year!!!!

My Chinese New Year

This was a CNY to remember. What is CNY? The hoomans say it is Chinese New Year. Now, I’m a JRT, so, I’m not sure what is CNY. I just hoped that they gave me yummy food.

My cowsin Lucky dropped by for a visit. He had to stay over since his hooman Papa had to go back to his hometown and he couldn’t bring him. So, we got ready for the big CNY feast at one of the hooman’s place.

When we got to this hooman’s place, we found out that there was another puppy nearby. It turned out to be a male Shih Tzu. His name is Bambi and he was introduced to my Big Mama.

Isn’t he cute? He’s about nearly 3 months old and looks like a big ball of fur. He doesn’t talk much and likes to run around. I couldn’t care less as I was sniffing around the kitchen for some yummy stuff.

Lucky got acquainted with him as well as the other relatives as he hadn’t met them yet. He was a bit nervous but since he couldn’t find any place to hide, the hoomans picked him up easily.

Here’s a closer look at my new cowsin, Bambi…

We were all pooped out after dinner and when I got home, I went out like a light. However, Lucky couldn’t sleep as it was a new environment for him. The next day, we woke up to find some “surprise” from him.

The hoomans placed him on my chair, so that he can’t disturb me. Lucky likes to come up to lick me. I found out that he can’t jump to save his life!! But, I don’t like it when he sits on my chair. X-(

In the end, we came to a compromise. As long as I can put my big butt on the chair, I’m happy to share it with my cowsin.

We went out in the afternoon to visit some relatives. Lucky got so scared that he went under the chair to hide. What a scardy cat!!

I certainly had a lot of fun during my holiday this year… I hope to see my cowsins again too!

新年快乐!!! (Happy CNY)

Here I am with my favourite human on the 1st day of CNY.

I even got an “ang pow”!! (^_^)

This means that I can buy my own bones, toys and even some yummy treats.

BTW, I’m sporting a new outfit. Hehehehe…

However, the year of the dog is over for the Chinese but it is always the Year of Dog for me!! Woof!!!

Happy Chinese New Year!!

My Humans Love Me!!!

Another year has passed!!

The concept of time is quite oblivious to me, a dog. All I know is when it is night and day, where my humans are and the concept of weekends. Other than that, the passing of another year, is just oblivious to me.

My humans decided to let me wear a new baju (t-shirt).

Here I am with the “So-Cute So-Cute” Human. She is called this because whenever she sees me, she would yell, “Snoopy, so cute!!! So cute!!”

Here I am, with my most favourite Human, “Old Man”. He feeds me, plays with me, bathes me, basically, my all important slave…

Last but not least, is my human, known as “Big one”. She’s the one who buys my stuff like clothes, food and treats and the ocassional squeaky toy. She’s my play mate and personal trainer. She’s the one who is teaching me manners and tricks. I don’t need both, as I’m a perfectly well-mannered lady…

Anyway, 2007 is here and as usual, I would like to wish everyone best of health, joy and happiness. I hope that I hear less news about doggies being bad, mistreated and hurting other humans because of their humans poor treatment of them.

Happy New Year everyone!!!!!
